Meet Jackie – Client Service Representative & Reality TV Correspondent

Jackie first joined the Clear Lake City Veterinary Clinic team in the fall of 2024 as a part-time veterinary technician. With her start in emergency veterinary medicine back in 2023, Jackie brought with her a strong foundation in patient care and a cool head under pressure — plus a knack for making every shift a little more entertaining.

While she’s always loved hands-on work with patients, Jackie has recently discovered a new passion: client care. She’s now transitioning into a Client Service Representative role, where her unique blend of medical knowledge, empathy, and unexpectedly hilarious commentary truly shines. Though she modestly claims to be shy and “not the best communicator,” we’d argue otherwise — especially once she starts recapping her latest favorite reality TV drama (if you’re a Love Island fan, you’ve found your person).

Jackie still works in emergency medicine on her days off, keeping her clinical skills sharp and staying connected to the fast-paced side of vet life. Here at CLCVC, she’s known for her upbeat attitude, team spirit, and ability to make everyone laugh — usually mid-shift, often with a dramatic reenactment or an unsolicited but spot-on pet voice.

Outside the clinic, Jackie loves exploring the city with friends, trying new food spots, and spending quality time with her three adorable cats.

She’s a fresh and fun addition to our front desk team, and we’re excited for clients to get to know her just as much as we’ve come to adore her behind the scenes.
